Hand delivery is available to any state for a fee. It's much cheaper for people to fly into Seattle international and me meet you at the airport and it is for me to personally deliver puppies so keep that in mind, but it is available in the event that you should want to pay for it and need it The cost for me to personally deliver is $2000
