We are fully aware of
the slander that exists from Ms Sherry Carter/Bowden of PUPPY PAWLER but we just consider the source and continue
business as usual. Unfortunately she has copied many
things from our site and this is one instance where
imitation is not a form of flattery.
We have provided only FACTS! from
court records that prove what we have had to deal with since
denying this lady "SHERRY CARTER" membership to the Shorkie
Club Of America. I do not believe in name calling or
harassing anyone or slandering anyone's name. If you
do your own separate research on this lady you will find she
has had many issues in her past with people online and seems
to be a pattern in her life. So on this page you will find
FACTS ONLY! It is sad
and while we practice turning the other cheek as God would
have me to do ..We also have the right to stand up and tell
the TRUTH that is not being told and allow people to make up
their own minds by having ALL THE FACTS to do so.
The words and things that have been said about myself and my
family have been hurtful and shocking to say the very least
but our reputation over the last 23 plus yrs speaks for its
self and the many families who have allowed us to touch
their lives with our fur kids is ever growing. But nothing
could have prepared me for the backlash I was about to
receive from denying Ms Sherry Carter into the SHORKIE
CLUB OF AMERICA. and it still continues to this day.
I am an open book and have always been. If you have ANY
QUESTIONS at all about anything please feel free to call me
and ask away. My passion for the Shorkie breed is evident
through my works and teachings about the breed to both
Breeders and Potential Puppy parents. It is very easy to
spread lies and cause doubt and attempt to ruin a persons
name with nothing but WORDS being tossed around. It is a
whole different scenario when you have facts to back up the
words that are being said.
With that said.. Pleases take
the time to read these facts about the lady Sherry Carter
who has so many horrible things to say about me.

First
of All Sherry Carter in Alabama is not a breeder she is a
PET SHOP here is her License Pet Shops. Pet Shops buy from
puppy mills and brokers. We obtained this through our Attorney for
the Shorkie Club Of America
Her
address and name registered as a PET SHOP! that should tell
the public something. You cannot be a professed home breeder
and be a licenced pet shop at the same time. This is the
acutal business license.
So
again we ask you to consider the source that these things
that are ebing said about me and the SCA come from.

This
dog belonged to Sherry Carter /Bowden Pet Shop in
Alabama. She was actually taken to court and lost. A judge
ruled against her in a court of law! Animal abuse. These
photos are directly from the court records. This dog died at
the hands of this lady.

dog(SHIH TZU) with no hair that Sherry Carter/Bowden uses for breeding . This is a Shih Tzu that has
some skin condition and has no teeth as its tongue cannot
stay in its mouth. Look at the condition of this pure shih
tzu in her care posted on YOU TUBE!

This
poor poodle puppy dog was on deaths door and instead of
being at a vet Sherry Carter Bowden Pet Shop Alabama
decided to video taped this poor baby! She also admits to
buying and reselling the entire litter of Poodles as Pet
Shops do. She bought these puppies at 5 weeks old to resell.
That is exaclty what pet shops do and why they need to be
shut down all over the world.
If you
look the poor puppy has feces hanging out its bottom. Can
you imagine being this sick and being video taped.??? The
suffering that puppy went through is unimaginable.
The issue with Sherry Carter is
somehting we do address publically because we have
NOTHING TO HIDE.
Please know that I am an OPEN BOOK! There is nothing you
cant talk to me about when it comes to your concerns or
questions you may have. Again we are fully aware of
the slander that exists from Ms Sherry Carter/Bowden of
PUPPY PAWLER and her associate Mileen Coulter but we just
consider the source and continue business as usual.
Unfortunately have copied many things from our site .
This has been ongoing since their denial in to
the Shorkie Club Of America in 2006 because they did not
meet our protocol, qualifications and high standard of
breeding practices. So the truth is that these 2 non-SCA
breeders have taken from our website copied our breeding
standards and criteria for their websites without our
authorization. So, be alert! If you see Shorkie information
which appears to be ours on any sites other than
Pricelesspups.net and the sites listed there that we own,
beware. They have stolen our Priceless Pups terms and
graphics and use most of our information on their websites.
For several years now we have asked them to discontinue use
of our materials, and they refuse. They also use the same
logo graphic as the Shorkie Club of America. These breeders
make claims that are untruthful, and in the process tarnish
the breed along with the reputations and good work of
qualified SCA breeders. Please understand that I have never
met either one of these ladies and my only dealings with
them came when they applied for membership into the Shorkie
Club Of America and we denied.
Moreover, it is very disturbing that unsuspecting puppy
parents may be tricked into believing they are working with
breeders who live up to our standards when in fact, they do
not. So, if you see breeders using the term “Official
Shorkie Puppies” anywhere on their websites and they are not
a registered and qualified breeder of the SCA, your answer
is clear – their Shorkies have not met the standards
prescribed by the SCA, and you could be in for a bumpy ride.
We have to believe they are living by pretty low standards
in morals, ethics and breeding practices if they pretend
they are producing puppies recognized and qualified by the
SCA when in fact they aren’t. And if they’ll steal and use
SCA content and graphics without permission, it stands to
reason that cheating is their game and it’s not hard to
figure out that their intent is to deceive innocent puppy
parents. If you are interested in finding out more about

the back of the book. This will let you see the lengths to
which some breeders will go to fool the public. The more you
know, the less likely you are to be deceived.

SCA breeders are the only ones qualified to breed and adopt
out officially-recognized Shorkie puppies. Such Shorkie
puppies can be officially recognized only if the breeder is
a registered and qualified breeder of the Shorkie Club of
America and is adhering to the official breed standards,
guidelines and Code of Ethics prescribed by the Club.
Once you've decided you want a Shorkie and it is
the right breed for you. Now you're faced with locating a
Shorkie puppy. Most people will naturally turn to a pet store or
the want ads in the local newspaper. This is definitely NOT the
first place you should look! Buying from a reputable Shorkie
breeder is the best way to obtain a puppy. Before you go looking
for a puppy it is time for you to do your research about pet
shops and back yard breeders that do not genetic testing on the
adults they breed. This leaves the health of the puppies born
all up to chance. What a sad gamble it is to take when we are
talking about living and breathing innocent puppies.
First of all, most pet stores that deal in large
numbers of different breeds are obtaining their puppies from the
infamous "Puppy Millers". Puppy mills have only one purpose; to
turn a profit. They breed for quantity, not quality, and never
health check their animals. Shorkie Puppies from these places
are probably not properly socialized, vaccinated or wormed.
There is no consideration given to true Shorkie breed type or
correct temperament. The parents of such Shorkie puppies are
often kept in filthy unsanitary conditions and may live out
their entire lives in cages, often without proper shelter.
The same is pretty much true of the 'backyard
breeder', who's ad you'll find in the local paper. Most of these
people are just careless or misguided. They want their female to
have a litter to teach the children about the 'joys of birth'.
Or they want another 'just like mom'. Or they forgot to get the
bitch spayed in time and now they have this 'surprise' litter
who all need homes. And, of course, there's always the profit
motive. These people have no idea what goes into producing a
fine, healthy, sound temperament specimen typical of the breed.
They have no more intention of standing behind this puppy than
does the pet store beyond the usual 48 hour health guarantee.
Neither the pet store nor the backyard breeder is capable or
willing to be there at 2 am when you're concerned that perhaps
there's something wrong with the puppy. Although you might pay
less for the breed of your choice from a pet store or backyard
breeder, it's almost a given that in the long run, you'll pay a
good deal more in vet bills and perhaps emotional bills (if the
dog has to be euthanized due to a health or temperament
problem), than you would from a reputable breeder.
Remember this KEY PHARSE:
"The
bitterness of buying a CHEAP and poor-quality Shorkie will
linger long after the sweetness of a cheap price is forgotten."
Most respectable dog breeders breed for one reason;
they are head over heels in love with their breed and they want
to BETTER THE BREED!. Mine of
course is the Shorkie breed. My goal is simple and it is to
constantly commit to the improvement of the Shorkie breed from
litter to litter. When you purchase from a Shorkie Club of
America breeder, you can be sure that everything that can be
done to insure correct and typical temperament, good health and
conformation has been done. Shorkie breeders who care about the
Shorkie breed and their puppies don't lose interest in you and
the pup once the check has been cashed. They are always there to
help and guide. They want to know when there is trouble and will
do all they can to assist you. When you buy from a good breeder,
you can almost always plan on adding a new friend to your life
in addition to the puppy you've purchased
