• Potty training has begun to Potty pads in a litter box area.
• Up- to- date vaccinations
• De-wormed at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 weeks of age.
• A Complete Health Check and certificate from our vet just before your puppy comes home. This is to ensure the puppy is healthy. Our vets routinely check each puppy’s heart, eyes, hips, and genitals.
• Medical Record of all shots and worming for your vets office and vet
• Professionally groomed by our groomer Lisa who comes to our home bathes and grooms the puppies once they are 10 weeks old. Please do not take your puppy to a GROOMING shop until after 16 weeks of age.
• A puppy carrier (if puppy is to be shipped to you).
• A lifetime of support. We are always here when you need us for any reason.

   

The purchase of ANY and ALL puppies is subject to the following terms and conditions.

That for any reason under the sun you cannot care for or keep one of our priceless pups contact me immediately so are we able to help in re-homing the puppy if we can and give you some ideas on how to help place the puppy. In the event you cannot keep the commitment to your puppy we will always take a puppy back at the buyers expense. The buyer agrees that the puppy will never be placed in a shelter, rescue, resold at anytime to anyone or sold to a broker, per shop, or puppy mill. The buyer agrees to send the puppy back to Priceless Pups at the buyers expense. We never want one of our puppies past around from home to home or at worst ending up at the pound. We are always here to help with any puppy no matter if it is to answer questions or concerns you may have or unforeseen situations that may arise. Often we can help rehoming a puppy if needed

Our commitment to our puppies DOES NOT end once you get your puppy home. But Please remember a puppy is for life and it is a commitment the same as one would be to a child. Do not rush into this.

Health/ Replacement: All puppies sold will come with current shots up to 12 weeks, de-worming . A shot history is included with each puppy. No puppy will be replaced that fails to have the proper veterinary care. Having a vet prior to your puppy coming home is a MUST! All puppies must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of your puppy arriving home. If you need more time to have your puppy seen please just call me and let me know. This is to ensure you have a vet for your puppy and that your vet agrees you have a healthy puppy.  A copy of the exam (NOT THE BILL) must be mailed to the seller within 2 weeks of purchase date the puppy arrives home.

Congenital Defects: If your puppy develops a condition that dates back to the fetal stageHeart Kidney Liver and this condition would severely impact the quality of life short of euthanasia; you will receive a replacement puppy. These conditions are listed and limited to HEART, KIDNEY, LIVER   from the date of puppies birth. No other conditions are covered in this contract. We warranty that this puppy will not have liver kidney or heart  or eye problems that would severely impact the quality of life short of euthanasia  for 5 years and this contract is limited to these 4 genetic defects and includes or covers nothing else.  All any and types of Hernias can be repaired at the time of spay and or neuter and are not life threatening.

In the first 5 yrs if the warranty is implemented you an agree and accept to a 100% in-house credit towards another puppy of the same gender but you will be responsible for the shipping cost not to exceed 250.00.We have 1 yr provide you with another puppy, You do not have to return you original puppy to us. We would never take anyone's baby from them. We simply send you another puppy and you pay the shipping.

If you opt for the 1500.00 refund then we have 1 yr  to refund you your money.

In the first 5 yrs if the warranty is implemented you can agree to take either a new puppy or a refund you will NOT BE asked TO GIVE BACK YOUR ORIGINAL PUPPY FOR ANY REASON!

FROM 5 YRS TO 10 YRS OF AGE

In the event of the death of the puppy, due to genetic HEART, KIDNEY, LIVER, and EYES   after the first five years, Priceless Pups shall issue an in-house  credit in the amount of `500.00 of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement puppy from Priceless Pups only. The buyer shall  be responsible for all shipping costs not to exceed 250.00. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE A DOG IS 5 yrs or older. We offer an inhouse credit of 500.00 to dog that are between the age of 5 and 10 yrs.

No other condition is covered in this contract.

For a replacement puppy to be received you DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE UP YOUR PUPPY OR DOG! We would never ever ask for anyone to give up their family member. But if there ever comes a time that someone could not keep there Dog of any reason we will always be glad to take it and or help re-home it. If anything ever goes wrong with your puppy we WANT to know. Please know that you can contact us at anytime for any reason.  That is what we are here for and out support does not end just because our puppy now lives with you. Please keep our phone number handy. 253 238 7936 and feel free to give it to your vet for any question they may have.

If you are going to become a toy dog owner you will want to familiarize yourself to the symptoms of hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia is often seen in young toy puppies, and most of the time the symptoms can be controlled by eating, or by giving some glucose such as honey water to the puppy. Glucose is what the body uses as fuel and is necessary for the brain tissue and muscles to function. Hypoglycemia is when the blood sugar levels (glucose) fall well below normal. It can cause your puppy to become confused, disoriented, drowsy, have the shivers, stagger about, collapse, fall into a coma, or have seizures. Episodes of hypoglycemia often occur without warning. A puppy may be stressed by shipping, or a missed meal, being chilled, or even exhaustion from too much play. Because of their tiny size toy puppies cannot eat a lot at one time, and literally run out of fuel quickly. Puppies should be fed several times a day a high quality diet. Most puppies will outgrow the problem. Some very tiny dogs will continue to have bouts of hypoglycemia through out their life. If your puppy experiences episodes of hypoglycemia it is important to restore the blood levels of glucose as quickly as possible. Typical symptoms:

• weakness
• listlessness
• depression
• staggering gait
• tremors

Shipping of a replacement puppy is the buyers responsibility.  The cost of Shipping will be at the owners responsibility not at the breeders expense.

 All puppies sold are  purchased as companion pets and are to be spayed or neutered by one year of age for the full 5 yr warranty to be in effect. If you decide to breed your pet your warranty is null and void.

This contract is for the person purchasing the puppy. It is null and VOID if transferred to another person.

In the event that this guarantee is exercised it would be subject to the availability of another litter as we will not over breed our girls for any reason. It could take up to one full year from the date we are notified through a letter from a licensed vet to included the required tests explaining and proving the medical problems and defining them as a direct genetic link to our breeding program for heart kidney and liver only. You will receive a replacement puppy of equal value from next available littler AND THE SAME SEX AND BREED only. This is alos the same if you choose for the 1500.00 refund.  Example: If you bought a shorkie girl  you will get a shorkie girl replacement) The replacement will be up to the discretion of the breeder (breeders choice), Once the buyer receives the replacement puppy or the 1500.00 refund. the contract is then fulfilled.  This replacement puppy is covered for the remained of the original contract for the original puppy purchase. The replacement puppy must be kept on Nu Vet Vitamins in order for the remaining warranty to be in effect..

There are certain disorders and issues that can arise that may be caused by environmental factors, and cannot be controlled nor can the breeder be held responsible for under any circumstances. All and any medical or any financial issues incurred by the said puppy in this contract are the sole responsibility of the new owner from the date the puppy is leave the breed. There are no exceptions  to this for any reason. Priceless Pups is not responsible for any vet or medical bills or financial bills that are incurred by the said puppy. from the date the said puppy leaves with its new owner. :IE: Hypoglycemia, allergies, thyroid dysfunction, kennel cough, demodectic mange, guiardia, coxxidia, or any other puppy diseases not mentioned are not covered by this warranty and are not grounds for dispute. All Puppies are at risk for Coccidia and Giardia  which is often brought on by the stress of shipping, a new home, new food, new people, change of climate or surroundings. etc.  Puppies shipped also seem more prone to have bouts with Coccidia or Giardia and kennel cough. Vets will use this as a huge money making opportunity. It is a very inexpensive treatment and they do not tell you that! So please call us if your puppy ever should have this. We will guide you through it and help.  Another thing that may show up with shipping and/or the stress of moving and a new home is Kennel Cough (Bordatella-a raspy cough or like they are trying to cough up a fur ball like a cat) which is common in puppies that are shipped and is usually caused by bacteria.  Kennel cough is self-limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. BUT!!! you need to ask your vet for Zithromax. Clavamox does not treat Kennel cough. Please know these are the 3 biggest issues in puppies and dogs worldwide.  All our puppies are treated for Coccidiosis, Giardia  before they leave but a second treatment maybe needed.  However, you need to be aware that these things can arise and that they are not serious and are easily treated. It is the sole responsibility of the new puppy owner to treat the puppy for all and any medical conditions that arise from the date the said puppy is in the care of the new owner and there after.

Heart ,Kidney and Liver and Eyes are the only conditions that are covered by this contract. Any and all other conditions that may arise in this said puppy are solely the responsibility of the new owner and cannot hold the breeder or priceless pups responsible financially for anything in regards to the puppy they have received If you feel like you have received an unhealthy puppy that has heart kidney or liver eye problems it is mandatory that we receive a document from your vet starting the problem and test results of any and all problems that prove what health issues have arisen. We do not accept professional opinions with out tests results to include a full blood panel( BILE ACID TEST FOR LIVER) to back up the vets opinion. It is mandatory that all test results accompany all and any results that is the basis for the puppy being said to be unhealthy from heart kidney or liver problems. Every puppy will leave with a heath certificate from our vet to clarify the said puppy is in good health at the time it left the breeder.

1. We do not warranty nor guarantee adult size, color, and temperament. Nor does breeder guarantee fitness for breeding. The new owner agrees that the breeder or priceless pups is not responsible for any or all vet or medical bills or any financial bills incurred by this said puppy immediately on the date the puppy is in the new owners care and from that date forward.
2. Any and All types of hernias are not covered in this contract: All and any Hernia repairs do not warrant replacement puppy as it is not life threatening & in no way interferes with quality of life of the puppy. Your vet can fix these at time of neuter or spay but most do not need repair and or only a COSMETIC choice to fix.! They are common to the breed. Our vet will be happy to fix all hernias if you choose to have your pet spayed or neutered prior to your puppy leaving. There is no charge for the hernia repair. Neuters are 200.00 extra and female spay is 300.00 extra which will include all any hernia repairs.  So if there is ever a hernia issue we will always contact you and let you the purchaser make the choice of having your vet take care of it or paying for the spay and neuter here and our vet will take care of the hernia at no extra charge. If you choose to wait the hernia repair and not have our vet due the spay or neuter it is solely the purchasers responsibility and Priceless Pups is not responsible for any medial bills incurred due to a hernia.
3. This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.
4. All puppies MUST remain on a regular vets schedule to determined by the vet and up to date on shots at all times.
5. IMPORTANT PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ! We accept half of the original agreed upon price 875.00 as a deposit to hold any puppy. The buyer agrees to have the puppy paid for in full plus shipping if applicable, by the puppies’ age of 6 weeks. Puppies older than this must be paid for in full we do not accept deposits on any puppies older than 6 weeks of age only payment in full. Failure to have your puppy paid for in full by the age of 6 weeks old forfeits any and all monies paid towards the agreed upon puppy. Changing your mind or any personal situations that may arise causing you not to be able to fulfill the contract forfeits any and all monies paid on this agreed upon puppy. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN THE HEART KIDNEY OR LIVER AND EYE  ISSUES IDENTIFIED TO BE GENETIC. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS IS THE PUPPY YOU WANT BEFORE YOU SEND A DEPOSIT OR PAY FOR YOUR PUPPY. Once you commit to the puppy you have chosen that is the puppy you will receive.
6. PUPPIES IN OUR CARE POLICY: IN THE EVENT A PUPPY SHOULD BE DEEMED TO NOT HEALTHY OR NOT FIT FOR PLACEMENT WHILE STILL IN OUR CARE, THE BUYER THEN HAS THE OPTION OF CHOOSING ANOTHER PUPPY IF AVAILABLE OR ROLLING ANY MONIES PAID ON TO ANY UPCOMING LITTER. If the buyer opts for a refund then the buyer agrees to a 1500.00 refund and  the 1 yr time frame to receive their refund from Priceless Pups outlined in this contract.

9. Please understand that if we ever have to call and let you know a puppy is not able to be placed it is for everyone's benefit. I am not the type of breeder that is going to send home health issues to any family.  If a puppy  is ever born and has a birth defect or health issue that becomes apparent it is my responsibility as a breeder to take care of the puppy or find a special needs home for it. To often breeders today send home dogs with health issues that unsuspecting puppy parents end of having to deal with. We guarantee that wont be the case with Priceless Pups. So please understand that we always have the best interest of the puppy and each and every Priceless Pups family in mind.
10.  Once the puppy is taken to the airport there is no need to worry.  We guarantee each and every puppy will arrive safe and sound and we assume all responsibility for the said puppy until you have signed for it. If for any reason you puppy does not arrive to you safely we will provide you another puppy free of charge. We have never, in all the years we have been shipping, experienced any issues with shipping puppies , but want to make sure our puppy parents understand we take full responsibility for them until you have them safe in your arms.
11. SHIPPING INCLUDED IN OUR COST IS BY CONTINENTAL AIRLINES ONLY. If we have to use another airline to ship your PUPPY WILL BE SENT HOME COD (COLLECT)AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COST ON YOUR END The only flights covered are via CONTINENTAL AIRLINES.
12. Because We Are A Legal Business: Please read about Taxes for local pick up in Washington State
13. If you do decide to pick your puppy up locally or fly into to pick your puppy you personally Washington State requires we charge a retail sales tax . Your puppy will be 1600.00 and the tax is 148.00 which equals 1748.00 total. There is no way for us to avoid this as we are required by law. Washington State does not require us to charge retail tax on puppies being shipped out from Washington to another state. Here is how it is broken down below. Although we do remove the 150.00 shipping charge. The retail sales tax puts it back at 1748.00. So that is the total for any local pick ups. All Washington state residents are also subject to the sales tax.
