My name is Stefanie Bailey, but everyone calls me Steffy.
The Nickname “Steffy” was what my dad called me right up
until he passed 9 yrs ago and I still am known as “Steffy”!
We live in the beautiful every green state of WASHINGTON!
Right outside of Seattle And are the proud owners of
Priceless Pups.
We are proud to be able to offer our Shorkie puppies to
qualifying families all around the world

temperament of our Shorkie puppies

should develop a genetic issue that is
outlined in our warranty we will

I have the pleasure of being a mom to 2 amazing young men
now 20 and 15 yrs old and the wife to an amazing husband. I
am also the person who started the Shokie breed here in the
USA and founded the Shorkie Club Of America in 2006.
Shorkies are not my job by any means they are my passion. As
you read through our site please forgive my typeo’s as I am
dyslexic and often make mistakes.
We
welcome
all families to come and pick up there puppies in person. We
love when we get to meet our families. We do have very
strict policies when picking up local so please visit our
visitation page, If you are picking up locally you will also
get to meet my vet!!! We pay for your well puppy check and
you can ask any questions you may have that time.
I am as much an educator about the Shorkie breed as I am a
breeder. So if you are just looking to get a puppy as a spur
of the moment thing you have come to wrong place. We require
you to take your time and understand that this commitment to
a LIFE! that possibly could live up to 20 yrs.
It is my duty as a breeder to make sure that each and every
family is well educated on the Shorkie breed prior to making
a decision to adopt a puppy.
I ONLY BREED SHORKIES! My efforts in breeding are not shared
amongst or confused with other breeds or mixed breeds. Our
dedication and expertise is focused solely on the Shorkie
breed to ensure our puppy parents are getting the best of
the best!

Our dogs are all 100% family members and live with us in our
home and sleep in our beds. They attend football games and
travel with us when we do take trips. THEY SLEEP IN OUR
BEDS!!!
We have had the pleasure of bringing so many families joy
and happiness by the puppies they have adopted from us and
take great pride and joy in the stories they share with us
once their puppy arrives home.

best Shih Tzu and Yorkies that can be found, But the truth be known
it is the STUD! daddy that makes the biggest difference in the look
of the Shorkie and how a puppy turns out!
We specialize in baby doll teddy bear faces with short and
coby faces that are just to die for.
Yorkies can look so different that is important to recognize
what a quality Yorkie is and one that will produce that desired baby
doll teddy bear face.
When you see a Yorkie male that has a long muzzle or is not
that attractive... That will give you an idea of how your Shorkie
puppy may turn out.
We BRAG about our babies and are very proud of each of them!
Our moms have extreme flat faces and high set noses .. and our
Daddys are just to die fore as far as yorkies go!

his lineage has been higly sought after. Tangos father is a AKC
finished champion.
God blessed us with
a friend high up in the YORKIE world that wanted to help me in
the vision of developing the Shorkie breed. I would have never
imagined that this day would ever come to pass where I could own a son of this amazing AKC CHAMPION!

The Shorkie Queen
I think it was first a simple joke that was made when one of
our puppy parents said your are the "Shorkie Queen" or the
"Queen of
Shorkie Puppies"It
tickled me so much that I started to make jokes about it on
occasion. But before long I realized that if facet it is
quite an honor to be referred to as such and held in such
high regard.
Indeed, I consider myself extremely lucky to be the Shorkie ambassador
to the world because it is a joy as well as my duty to
develop this win-win relationship between Shorkie puppies
and families looking for a Shorkie puppy

As your Shorkie breeder we have some very important beliefs
that we hold dear and want to share with our families!
What we believe
First and foremost we love the LORD!
He is head of our lives and we would not be anything that we
are today with out him. We make no excuses for it. We live
our lives in accordance with who and what He would have us
to be . I by no means cross every T and dot every I but I
thank Him for His love and mercy and know that He is not
finishes with me yet!
Getting one of our Shorkie puppies is a process and involves
us getting to know one another to make sure we both are on
the same page and that the Shorkie breed is right for you .
There are so many breeders to choose from that you SHOULD BE
PICKY about where your puppy comes from just as I am picky
about where our puppies go to live.
We want our loving Shorkie puppies to have a loving home and
always strive to match temperaments and personalities with
families as we want both the family, and the puppy, to have
the perfect home. We have often be referred to as the expert
in matching puppies and people.
So for that very reason we hope you don’t mind us getting
upfront and personal so we can really get to know all about
you and your family. It is important so we can match you
with the right Shorkie puppy or even perhaps tell you that
we do not think the Shorkie is the right breed for you.
Please also know we expect the same of you! It is so
important IN THIS DAY AND AGE THAT YOU TRUST MORE THAT YOUR
GUT INSTINCTS ABOUT A BREEDER! There are way to many scams
online today and it is up to you to protect yourselves.!!! I
cannot stress this enough as we have personally been the
victim of an online scam.

Even if you do not get a puppy from us you are welcome to
join! The only requirement in joining is that you have to be
a little PUPPY AN DOGGY nuts we all are and you will fit
right in.
You have heard the old saying it takes a village to raise a
child… well it is really the same for a puppy

We ask that you fill out our adoption form so we can get to
know you and have a record of all the families that apply
for one of our puppies.
Spay ands Neuter: Mandatory!!!!!
We require a spay/neuter agreement for puppies whether it be
done by our vet or yours IT MUST BE DONE! We will not
contribute to the over population of dogs and puppies in the
pound by allowing people to breed our dogs irresponsibly.
Spay and Neuter is a must.
Our Breeding Philosophy
What we believe:
We believe the happiest dogs are beloved family pets. There
is no other statement that can make it more plain that that.
While we breed for ourselves, and are constantly working on
our breeding goals, our commitment to the happy healthy life
of our fur kids is always a top priority. Our dogs are 100%
family members and sleep in our beds and go every where with
us.
In making breeding decisions, we first look for the
qualities that will make our Shorkie puppies successful
HAPPY HEALTHY pets and preserve the integrity of the Shorkie
breed. Our own dogs are first and foremost our pets and our
family members.
We deliberately are breeding into lines that are proven by
testing to be genetically sound and contribute to the
betterment of the Shorkie breed. Our parents have the
sweetest most loving natures that are passed on to our
puppies and it shows.
It is imperative the genetic health of the Shorkies is
protected by breeding only the soundest examples of the Shih
Tzu and Yorkie that pass all their testing. Period. This is
the only way to successfully remove the genetic issues that
Shih Tzu and Yorkie breeds are known for and move forward in
developing the Shorkie breed.
I am the founder of the Shorkie Club Of America and all
adults must pass genetic testing and this is strictly
enforced.
The ingredients of our breeding success are not secrets.
They imply hard work, and knowledge gained from 23 plus yrs
dedicated to solely the Shorkie breed ; Successful by the
guardianship of a line of exceptional Shih Tzu and Yorkies
for decades. We blend a variety of bloodlines going back to
what we think are the very best of the Shih Tzu and Yorkies
around. 24 yrs now since I started the breed and I could not
be prouder of how far we have come in our breeding program,.
What We
Believe
We do believe puppy kindergarten and basic obedience
training helps immensely. The more time you put in the first
year, the richer the rewards for more than a decade to come.
We are available for training tips, and suggestions on how
to make your life with your dog the best possible and all
our puppy parents get free access to our online book that I
have written “THE OFFICIAL SHORKIE GUIDE”
We firmly believe that proper conditions and care from
birth to 11 weeks when our puppies leave us makes a
tremendous difference in the future relationship you have
with your dog. Our puppies are raised from birth as apart of
our family. We are never in a rush to let them leave to
ensure they have gotten everything they need to make them
well adjusted and well rounded puppies. The important
bonding times occur between 0-12 weeks of age, and if
puppies do not have literally tons of cuddling and loving
during this time, they will never be as truly connected as
they can be to their human companions. You have to trust
that your breeder did the right things during critical
phases of growth and development and our past puppy parents
will assure you that we DO! They are born beside the bed
where they are coddled and doted upon as they open their
eyes and senses and explore the world for the first time.
They are also raised among our other dogs and all get along
as one big happy family. We do not have a cat but we have
many families that do and our Shorkie puppies adjust well.
If at any time for any reason, a Priceless Pup cannot stay
in its original family, it is welcome to come home to us
regardless of its age or condition. In fact, it's in our
contract.
Our dogs are always welcome to come back home.
IN CLOSING
In closing we want to take the time to address some thngs
that have been posted via the internet by a lady named
Sherry Carter. I have never met this lady and my only
dealing with her was when she applied to be a member of the
Shorkie Club Of America and was denied because she is a PET
Shop. Since her denial into the SCA I have felt the wrath of
her constant attacks against me personally and my fellow
Shorkie Club Of America breeders. I have designed a red flag
page to address these issues and have posted FACTS only on
my site. I will not take part in any breeder war or the
slander of anyone’s name but I also found it necessary to
defend my self and my hard work and dedication of the Shorke
breed. Hence we posted the facts to let the public know we
have NOTHING TO HIDE when it comes to this matter and to
show why Ms Carter was denied into the SCA and why she set
out on such a vengeful campaign of hate. We are open to any
questions you may have about the topic but most answers you
will find on this page.
It goes without saying that in any business you are going to
come across something or someone that is not happy with one
thing or another. I never in my wildest thoughts could have
prepared myself for the things both said and done by MS
Sherry Carter.
I will say that we do know the slander exists and we try not
to give it to much power as hurtful as it has been and move
on with business as usual. We just want the public to know
we are aware that it exists and we just continue to pray
about it and continue with business as usual here at
Priceless Pups.
